For cancellations made up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.

For cancellations within 1 day prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.

At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via credit card. In case of cancellation.
The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.

We advise our Customers to take out travel insurance with a cancellation option.
